CF3D Enterprise®

The CF3D Enterprise® combines continuous fiber materials, proprietary toolpathing software, and precision robotics into a unified platform—engineered to manufacture mission-grade composite structures at the speed and scale modern aerospace and defense programs demand.

Applications and Use of materials printed by Continuous Composites

Our Mission

Advanced Manufacturing for the Missions That Matter.

The speed at which we need to manufacture for this country has changed.

Today’s threats demand faster design cycles, stronger structures, and smarter production. We built CF3D to meet that moment—a unified platform combining fiber steering, automated software, and proprietary materials to deliver high-performance parts at mission scale. Trusted where failure isn’t an option, we’re reshaping how the U.S. builds for defense, aerospace, and beyond.

Integrated by Design

Hardware

CF3D integrates a 6-axis robotic system with a proprietary end effector that simultaneously deposits and impregnates continuous dry fiber with a snap-curing, tailorable thermoset resin. The motion platform enables precise 3D fiber steering for complex, load-bearing geometries.

Fixing the Status Quo

Conventional composites are slow and rigid. CF3D accelerates production and unlocks performance while enhancing part performance and geometric flexibility.

Software

CF3D Studio™ translates digital designs into fiber-aware toolpaths with built-in FEA for structural validation. It controls fiber placement, tension, and cure in real time—enabling direct fabrication of structural composites from digital input.

Fixing the Status Quo

Legacy composites depend on slow, manual processes. CF3D Studio automates design-to-production, minimizing error and accelerating high-quality output.

Materials

CF3D combines advanced thermosets with continuous carbon and glass fibers to produce lightweight composites that rival metal in strength—ideal for high-temperature, structural applications.

Fixing the Status Quo

Traditional methods rely on costly pre-pregs. CF3D uses UV-curable resins and continuous fibers to cut waste, lower costs, and perform in extreme environments.

Concept to Flight Hardware

CF3D moves from digital design to deployable composite structures—whether for UAVs, hypersonics, or primary aircraft parts. Built for mission-critical performance, it adapts to your application—not the other way around.
