Arkema is expanding the use of its high-performance solutions in the 3D printing of composite materials through two strategic partnerships. The first partnership with Continuous Composites combines the company’s patented Continuous Fiber 3D Printing (CF3D) technology with Sartomer’s N3xtDimension UV-curable resins. This collaboration aims to reduce manufacturing costs and enhance production flexibility for composite parts, eliminating the need for molds and autoclaves.

In a second partnership, Arkema has teamed up with 9T Labs, a Zurich-based startup, to advance the 3D printing of thermoplastic composites. This collaboration will focus on automating composite manufacturing using Arkema’s Kepstan PEKK and advanced software algorithms, paving the way for high-volume production and material certification for large-scale applications.

These partnerships reflect Arkema’s commitment to accelerating the adoption of 3D printing technologies across industries, enabling cost-effective and scalable composite manufacturing.
