The CP-95 Face Mask by Continuous Composites is injection molded with flexible plastic for comfort and reusability and features a high-grade filter media, and adjustable elastic bands. The mask is user friendly for quick and efficient filter replacement.
The current CP-95 Face Mask features a substitute filter media designed to achieve 99.94% Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE). This design offers a durable, reusable, and comfortable alternative solution for PPE.

Masks are chemical resistant with multiple sterilization options including, sanitation baths, wipes, soaps, and steam. Face mask plastic materials can withstand 170°F temperatures.
Fit-tested for functionality & quality user experience. Adjustable Neoprene Elastic (latex free) straps and Polypropylene 13T25A tensioning clips for proper fit.
The CP-95 Face Mask has been authorized by an FDA Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for source control use by the general public and healthcare personnel to help prevent the spread of infection or illness during the COVID-19 pandemic. The face mask has not been FDA cleared or approved. Continuous Composites’ team has carefully studied and engineered the CP-95 Face Mask in pursuit of rapid testing and certification. We are seeking NIOSH and FDA approval leading to the roll-out of Phase 03.
