Continuous Composites has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Markforged, claiming that the company’s continuous fiber 3D printers—specifically the Mark Two, Onyx Pro, X5, and X7—violate four of its patents. Continuous Composites seeks monetary damages and an injunction to prevent further use of its intellectual property. The case is being reviewed by the US District Court in Delaware.
